1. Purpose
Infinity Builder is a strategic diagnostic tool assisted by artificial intelligence, operated by Infinity ("we", "Infinity"). The deliverables — Blueprint and Cores — are strategic recommendations generated from the information provided by the user. They do not constitute binding legal, financial, accounting, or regulatory advice.
2. Nature of AI-generated results
The delivered content is produced with the support of third-party language models (Anthropic). It may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or interpretations that require human validation before any business decision. By accepting these Terms, the user acknowledges that no generated result constitutes a guarantee, a promise of performance, or binding professional advice, and that the user is solely responsible for assessing the applicability of the recommendations to their specific context before acting on them. This clause is an essential condition of the contract — its acceptance is a prerequisite for using the platform.
3. License of use
Upon payment, the user receives a personal and commercial, non-exclusive license to the content generated specifically for their diagnostic. Infinity does not claim ownership of the output delivered to the user, but retains full ownership of the methodology, diagnostic structure, interface, and brand.
4. Responsibility for the data provided
The user declares that they have the authority to submit the business information entered in the diagnostic and that this information does not violate third-party rights or pre-existing confidentiality obligations.
5. Payment and refund
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are charged once, with no automatic renewal. A full refund is guaranteed within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the purchased Core has not yet been generated. After the Core is generated, refunds are subject to case-by-case review, given the processing cost already incurred.
6. Limitation of liability
Infinity does not guarantee specific business results from the use of the Blueprint or the Cores — the outputs are decision-support tools, not a substitute for the user's own professional judgment about their business. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity's liability for any damage arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the contracted plan, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence by Infinity. This limitation does not exclude rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law applicable to the user.
7. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to: (a) extract content from the platform through automated means without authorization; (b) submit third-party data without their consent; (c) resell or redistribute access to the tool.
8. Termination
Infinity may suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
9. Changes to these Terms
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email to the registered address.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia/GO are elected to settle any disputes, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be. Users located outside Brazil retain the rights mandatorily assured to them by the consumer protection and data protection law of their jurisdiction, without prejudice to the foregoing.
